5 Lessons learned from implementing developer portals at enterprises

I was lucky enough to be invited to BackstageCon in Chicago to talk about the lessons that I have learned while implementing Backstage. I have personally ~10 large scale implementations and been apart of many more opportunities. There has been good implementations and ones that where destined for the dumpster.
