Updates - Youtube channel and changing the podcast format

New content series

We are kicking off a new series of blogs and videos around the question, Can you measure developer productivity? We are breaking things down into three major categories.

• Understanding productivity, how software development adds value to an organization, and why is everyone so obsessed with developer productivity

• Exploring developer productivity frameworks, what we see people doing, and what is a good model

• Moving past developer productivity with developer experience

In this new series we are really focusing on quality and depth of content! So check it out if you haven’t already!

New podcast format

We have always had a bit of a struggle with the podcast format and have bounced back and forth between educational topics and more topical content. Moving forward we are now going to be focusing the educational topics into videos for the Youtube channel and the podcast will be more entertainment.

Here are a few of the segments that we will be doing for the podcast

• Review of the video content - providing other insights, day to day use cases, and other interesting things we learned along the way while creating content.

• Interesting news or articles - what else is happening around the tech world that may be of interest

• Question and answers - Do you have a question that you would like us to discuss? Sent it our way! - thinkbigcodesmall@gmail.com

• Discussing smaller topics that would never make a full video or podcast. These could be from our day to day or from content we have found.

We will be releasing the podcast weekly but we are moving the release date from Tuesday to Thursday. New format starting on Feb 29th!
